Aromatherapy massage: a gentle full body massage, using organic essential oils tailored to you.
1 hour including consultation.
Sports massage: a deep tissue massage for injury and remedial massage, addressing: tightness, knotted muscles, general aches and pains. Also for management of pain associated with specific injuries.
45 to 60 minutes including consultation.
Manual Lymphatic drainage: a therapeutic massage specifically for reducing : Lymph, water retention, swelling, swelling associated with injury.
Appointment time varies depending upon needs.
