Accountability in martial arts is something we don't see enough of - that's a very sad fact. That's why we make sure to keep our senior grades accountable to their juniors and to themselves always!

Grading prep is well underway for our juniors, and as usual our team of senior grades have been keeping them on their toes refining their Tul and testing their theory ahead of the big day.

By being accountable to their juniors, they are also having to be constantly fresh on their junior grade Tul - a constant cycle of improvement!

Some great classes again this evening enjoying this heat! Everyone really pushed themselves today in this heat - the AC was working overtime tonight! A solid first session of fitness and kicking followed by a full hour of sparring technique and getting some rounds in 💪

Lovely to have some of the Kicks Taekwon-Do Academy - Newport Pagnell students with us again, building camaraderie ahead of the ITF UNION European Championships later this year in Italy 🇮🇹

Next on the agenda, we have some of our senior grades heading Northwards to take part in an Umpire's Course ahead of the British Championships 🇬🇧

Today we celebrate 60 years of the ITF being established - what better day to make a special announcement?

I am incredibly proud to announce that on the 3rd April, Miss Sofja will be opening a BRAND NEW kid's class for ages 4+ at our Aylesbury Dojang, running every Friday evening from 5:00-5:45!

Miss Sofja has been training with Mr Powell for over a decade in two styles of martial arts. She steps into this role with experience teaching children, and she is a fantastic role model to all of our younger students.
