Two well taken goals were not enough for the Hornets as we slip to defeat against St Leonard’s… some dubious refereeing decisions did not help!

MOTM: for a tenacious performance on the day.

Hornets dominated the 90 minutes, but somehow still managed to concede a late goal to end up with a draw. We march on 💪🏼🐝

MOTM: who kept the entire team ticking over with a classy midfield performance.

The first win of the season secured on our new home turf!! Despite going 3 goals down early on in the game, the Hornets showed incredibly determination to turn the game on its head by putting 4 goals in with no response from Mandeville.

A strong 1st half performance was not enough to secure any points for the Hornets this weekend. We march on 💪🏼🐝

MOTM: for excellent transitional play throughout the game on the left wing.

A closely fought contest saw St John’s just creep away with the points.
