A massive thank you to all that attended the Frist Bytomic Aylesbury Berryfields class at our New venue at Aylesbury Vale academy junior school last Friday

The instructors were overwhelmed with the responce with 20 new people introduced to a Taekwondo class for the first time .
We did padwork, fitness ,games and plenty of kicking.
