I have a couple of spaces free in my evening classes
Tuesdays and Thursdays 730pm 🙌🏼

£5 per session with a minimum of 8 sessions.

Went for a 30 minute jog with my 17 week bump this morning - listening to my body and walking when I needed too. Looking forward to working out with you all soon!!
