Hi All, I hope you’re enjoying the start of your holidays but I have something that you’ll be able to enjoy at the end.
We will be running some FREE back to school basketball sessions with AITC in the last week of August as you prepare to go back to start the new year. A great way to knock some dust off to prepare for the upcoming season or even if you just want to try something new.

After a very successful season in the BJBL, we're proud to announce that next season, we are entering our U14 squad into the National League! Trials are as follows on the image and are open to boys who will be entering Year 8 and Year 9 in the 2024-2025 academic year.
Trials for other age groups will be announced soon and feel free to DM us for more information.

23/24 Basketball Season Announcements 🚨

Pre-season has begun, and this year we have more teams 👀

After a lot of interest from new players wanting to join the club, this season we will have 2 Men’s teams 🥳

We are finalising both squads this month and those of you who have been coming to training will know how we’re forming these

That’s not all… 😯

We are also looking to enter our U18’s and U12’s at BJBL level - U12’s training starts at 6pm every Tuesday’s and Thursday’s

If you’re looking to join the club, you will need to start coming to training regularly - details in our pinned post 📃

We had some great moments, particularly in the 3rd but it wasn’t enough..

Ultimately, we didn’t show up at our best and didn’t capitalise on the opportunities we created

But we learn, we progress and we improve in the off-season 📈

Congratulations to West Herts Warriors - we’ll see you again next season 🤝

An excellent display of teamwork and sheer determination in the second leg of the semis to give us our highest scoring game this season 🪣

Disappointing result last week in the first leg of the semi final playoffs 😓

We lost focus in the tail end of the game and let our opponents get back in it

7-point gap to close in the second leg this Thursday; cannot let our foot off the gas if we want to make the finals 😤

Not enough intensity or urgency about our game, but our performance at home means we go through to the semi-finals on points 🎉

Our opposition will be tougher in the next round, so we need to show up with the right mentality 🏆

The U18’s finished a rather disappointing season with a good win last week 👍

That’s it for the 22/23 season! 🙌 Our Men’s team have finished second in the Herts Basketball Association league after successive wins in the last 6 games 🥳

However, we are not quite finished 😯

We have playoffs for to look forward to as we face West Herts Warriors 2 once again in the quarter finals 🏆
