This project was a high-end project for Aspire Dental Academy. The basement level is for the client to train dentist in the most recent technology in the dental industry. The ground floor is fitted out with dental surgeries plus an incredible wellness area which includes saunas, massage room, cryo chambers and ice baths.

All walls and ceilings are finished with clay material and gives this project a unique finish.

Project completed last year in Uxbridge by Project Manager , site Supervisor and the direct .co.uk team on site.

With the new Amendment 4 2026 to BS 7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations having come into effect, BES have already provided its Precon and Project Team with the resources to be ahead of the changes. It is a significant update, that mainly reflects modern electrical technologies and improved safety requirements.

A huge congratulations to our very own for his input on the current regulations. We are very proud at BES to have someone with Craig’s technical knowledge and ability, leading our Precon and Design team.
