Most people think they need motivation to train.

They don’t.

They need something simple they can stick to.

2–3 sessions a week.
Basic lifts.
Food that fits real life.

That’s it.

Results don’t happen by accident.

They happen when there’s structure, accountability and consistency.

March intake is now open.

I’m keeping this small and focused.

2 spaces available.

If you’ve been meaning to get back into training properly, message me START.

Same person.
Same responsibilities.
Different structure.

The difference wasn’t motivation.
It was a plan that actually fit my life.

If you’ve trained before and feel like you’ve drifted,
you don’t need a reinvention.
You need rhythm again.

Message me if you want help building that back.

I’ve got space for 3 people who want to get back into training properly.

Not extreme.
Not 6 days a week.

Just structured training that fits around work, family and real life.

If you’ve trained before but can’t seem to get momentum back, message me “START.”

If getting back into training feels harder than it used to,
you’re not broken — you’re just out of rhythm.

Most people don’t need more motivation or punishment.
They need a plan that works around real life — work, family, old injuries, dodgy knees or backs.

If you’ve trained before but can’t seem to get momentum back,
that’s usually a structure problem, not a willpower one.

This is the stuff I specialise in:
smart training that lets you rebuild without wrecking yourself.

If you want, message me “RESET” and I’ll help you map a realistic way back in.
No pressure. No hard sell.

Not every squat has to be a barbell on your back.

Choosing the right exercise can mean getting stronger without beating up your joints or lower back.

Training should build you up — not break you down.

A bit of clarity on how I actually coach.

The people I work with aren’t training every day or living in the gym.

They’re juggling work, family, and a body that doesn’t always feel perfect — and they want to get fitter and stronger without breaking themselves or burning out.

This isn’t for teenagers chasing abs or people looking for extremes.

It’s for adults who want something realistic, repeatable, and built around real life.

If that sounds like you, my messages are open.

If January already feels harder than you expected, you’re not broken.

That’s just what real life looks like.
Most people don’t quit because they’re lazy, they quit because they try to change everything at once.

Progress usually comes from resetting expectations, not starting over.

“Fitness doesn’t have to take over your life to work.

Most of the people I help aren’t training twice a day or living in the gym. They’re fitting movement, strength, and better habits around work, family, and everything else.

That’s what sustainable progress actually looks like.

13/01/2026

A lot of people start January trying to do everything at once.

By about week two, reality kicks in — work’s busy, energy dips, and motivation isn’t as high as expected.

That’s not failure. That’s normal.

If you want a bit of structure or accountability to keep things moving without going extreme, my messages are open
