Training update……

My first 2 weeks back to training was amazing, felt myself again, felt healthy and like I was back on track. Fast forward to the past 4 days, can barely manage 15 minutes without wanting to cry with tiredness and frustration.

Trying to get back into training with a newborn is much tougher than I can ever imagine. However as new mums we can’t beat ourselves up about what we used to do compared to what we can do now.

Finding the new normal is a maze, but will get there eventually πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Ashamed to say that today was my first training session that hasn’t been me teaching in the studio since May 2021.

Work life took over and prioritising my own training routine became last on my list of things to do. However after having a well needed 7 days off work I have come back with a new spring in my step and a love for training again.

Legs today, arms tomorrow πŸ™ŒπŸ»
