Meet Raja, one of my standout clients who has truly embraced the fitness journey.

When Raja started with me, he was at 81.6 kg.

Hereโ€™s a look back at my fitness journey, which truly began in 2016. โฌ๏ธ

By that point, I had already overcome childhood obesity, dropping from 93 kg to a healthier weight.

But it was in 2016 that I decided to get serious about the gym and focus on my fitness goals.

This wasnโ€™t just a change in my physique, it was a change in my behavior and discipline.

Back then, I was still insecure about my body and lacked confidence.

The gym became my sanctuary, my therapy.

It was there for me through all the ups and downs, and it became a core part of my lifestyle.

Fitness was more than just working out and eating cleanโ€”it was my best friend.

Ever since 2016, the gym has helped me overcome countless struggles, both physically and mentally.

Through consistency and dedication, Iโ€™ve achieved a physique Iโ€™m proud of and even competed in natural bodybuilding competitions.

Now, each day at the gym is an opportunity to improve and boost my confidence.

Iโ€™m now a confident man with big ambitions, and I owe a lot of that to the gym.

I hope to inspire others to find the same strength and confidence through fitness.

When life gets tough, narrowing your focus and pushing through can make all the difference.

Having a coach doesnโ€™t mean you will have an โ€˜easyโ€™ time.

Youโ€™ll still need to put in effort and hard work.

A good coach will be able to see the areas youโ€™re most struggling with, and guide you in the best direction.

That is something Google wonโ€™t be able to do for you.. it doesnโ€™t know where you need to focus on, or what obstacles and challenges youโ€™re facing.

Weighing yourself can sometimes be tricky ๐Ÿซฃ

Luckily I came up with a check list for you to tick off in order to get an accurate number โœ…

1๏ธโƒฃ ๐— ๐—ข๐—ฅ๐—ก๐—œ๐—ก๐—š ๐—ข๐—ก ๐—˜๐— ๐—ฃ๐—ง๐—ฌ ๐—ฆ๐—ง๐—ข๐— ๐—”๐—–๐—› โ˜€๏ธ
As soon as you wake up in the morning after you use the toilet, step on the scale right away.
At this time your body isnโ€™t carrying an excessive weight so the numbers will be accurate.

2๏ธโƒฃ ๐— ๐—œ๐—ก๐—œ๐— ๐—”๐—Ÿ ๐—–๐—Ÿ๐—ข๐—ง๐—›๐—œ๐—ก๐—š ๐Ÿ‘”
Wear the least amount of clothes as possible as they do make a difference on the scale.

3๏ธโƒฃ ๐—ช๐—˜๐—˜๐—ž๐—Ÿ๐—ฌ ๐—•๐—”๐—ฆ๐—œ๐—ฆ ๐Ÿ“†
Weighing yourself weekly is the best way to do it.
If you weigh yourself daily, youโ€™ll changes as water comes into play, and it will be much painful to your morale.

4๏ธโƒฃ ๐—ง๐—ฅ๐—”๐—–๐—ž ๐—œ๐—ง โœ๏ธ
In order to make progress you must track it first.
This will not only keep you aware of how you are doing, but also give you great sense of achievement.

5๏ธโƒฃ ๐—ฅ๐—จ๐—Ÿ๐—˜ ๐—ข๐—™ ๐Ÿฏ ๐Ÿ”
Scales can make mistakes too.
To ensure it is the correct weight, step on and off the scale 3 times.
That should clear things up for you.

Absolutely love being fit and staying focused on my fitness goals, but I believe enjoying life is just as important, if not more. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธโค๏ธ

We only get one shot at life, and it's all about finding that perfect balance.

Just like maintaining a balanced diet, we need to have a balanced life.

Thereโ€™s nothing wrong with taking your foot off the pedal for a moment and enjoying the moments life gives you.

Spend time with your loved ones, do things you wouldn't normally do, and if that means stepping away from your fitness goals for a day, so be it.

Enjoying life and creating memories is what it's all about.

Remember, it's all about balance.

Joel came to me weighing 91KG, and looking to turn not only his physique but also his lifestyle around.

Controlling the weight rather than just moving it can make a difference. Slow down your reps to add intensity and greater strength on the muscles.

2๏ธโƒฃ ๐—ฃ๐—”๐—จ๐—ฆ๐—˜ ๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ฃ๐—ฆ โธ๏ธ
Pause at the bottom of your rep for no more than a second. This will make each rep harder which will result in better gains.

In order to progress, you will need to gradually increase the intensity of each set. This can be done by increasing reps or weight.
