Hereโs a look back at my fitness journey, which truly began in 2016. โฌ๏ธ
By that point, I had already overcome childhood obesity, dropping from 93 kg to a healthier weight.
But it was in 2016 that I decided to get serious about the gym and focus on my fitness goals.
This wasnโt just a change in my physique, it was a change in my behavior and discipline.
Back then, I was still insecure about my body and lacked confidence.
The gym became my sanctuary, my therapy.
It was there for me through all the ups and downs, and it became a core part of my lifestyle.
Fitness was more than just working out and eating cleanโit was my best friend.
Ever since 2016, the gym has helped me overcome countless struggles, both physically and mentally.
Through consistency and dedication, Iโve achieved a physique Iโm proud of and even competed in natural bodybuilding competitions.
Now, each day at the gym is an opportunity to improve and boost my confidence.
Iโm now a confident man with big ambitions, and I owe a lot of that to the gym.
I hope to inspire others to find the same strength and confidence through fitness.
When life gets tough, narrowing your focus and pushing through can make all the difference.
The person I was in 2016 is not the person I am today, and Iโm proud of that transformation.

Weighing yourself can sometimes be tricky ๐ซฃ
Luckily I came up with a check list for you to tick off in order to get an accurate number โ
1๏ธโฃ ๐ ๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ก ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ง๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐ง๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ โ๏ธ
As soon as you wake up in the morning after you use the toilet, step on the scale right away.
At this time your body isnโt carrying an excessive weight so the numbers will be accurate.
2๏ธโฃ ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ก๐ ๐
Wear the least amount of clothes as possible as they do make a difference on the scale.
3๏ธโฃ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ฆ ๐
Weighing yourself weekly is the best way to do it.
If you weigh yourself daily, youโll changes as water comes into play, and it will be much painful to your morale.
4๏ธโฃ ๐ง๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง โ๏ธ
In order to make progress you must track it first.
This will not only keep you aware of how you are doing, but also give you great sense of achievement.

Scales can make mistakes too.
To ensure it is the correct weight, step on and off the scale 3 times.
That should clear things up for you.

There is more to your training than what most people think ๐ค
Here are my 3๏ธโฃ tips on what you should focus on your next session ๐๐ฝ
1๏ธโฃ ๐๐ข๐ก๐ง๐ฅ๐ข๐ โ๏ธ
Controlling the weight rather than just moving it can make a difference. Slow down your reps to add intensity and greater strength on the muscles.
2๏ธโฃ ๐ฃ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐ฆ โธ๏ธ
Pause at the bottom of your rep for no more than a second. This will make each rep harder which will result in better gains.
3๏ธโฃ ๐ฃ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ฉ๐ ๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐
In order to progress, you will need to gradually increase the intensity of each set. This can be done by increasing reps or weight.
