We have 2 elements;
Fitness classes, Wellbeing Retreats and Private Wedding dances. We also provide first wedding dance choreography and related packages.

JBD Fitness & Dance empowers women to move better, look better and feel better, through Fitness, Dance and Nutrition, classes and one off events. Fitness classes include:
Lift Lean, Aerobics, Fitsteps, Fitness Pilates, Bootcamps, Strength and stretch & Kettlebells

Wedding packages include; First wedding dances, Hen / Stag Party dances, Private Dance lessons or Small group lessons. I can tailor a package to suit you.

Why might a fit pro want their own coach?
Well, despite our knowledge, we are also very human and we sometimes struggle to stay consistent with their our fitness goals, as we are so busy looking after our own communities that our attention to self might slide a little .

Having a trainer provides accountability and motivation, and someone who will challenge you when you need it.

Hey everyone!

My name is Jo and I'm the Owner at Jbd fitness and dance.

I am 51. love spending time with a mix of beautiful people and enjoying precious moments with friends and family. I'm a wife, a daughter a sister and a friend.

My passion is to empower women to become the best version of themselves through fitness, dance and nutrition.

I started my business in March 2008 (we were called Rosemary Conley Aylesbury back then), with a passion and purpose of helping ladies, like me, who wanted to lose weight and tone up in a safe and healthy way.

Previously, I had worked as a restaurant manager where my dress size had increased to a 16 to 18.... I was unhappy working every hour, with no time for family, friends or really any type of social activity. When my husband proposed I knew I didn't feel happy getting married at this size, so looked for a support group and my life instantly started to change.

I'm now a comfortable size 10-12 and have to stay aware of my own health ❤️ I don't have a six pack, and consider myself to be a very "real woman".

I love to empower and educate ladies that it's possible to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle without going on extreme diets. And that choice is the key to fantastic results.

I help ladies understand that they can enjoy exercise, and don't have to feel intimidated or out of place in our classes or indeed on the gym floor. (I used to)

I love to show ladies that training with weights isn't just for men. We love our kettle bells and training in the gym too .. we want to be strong 💪

Most of all I am passionate in building a supportive community of like-minded women and a few men, who can support one another with their goals and give each other unconditional support. I also offer 121 support of course, and find lots of ladies peri- menopause and beyond really appreciate the deep dives we have around our symptoms.

My name is Jo and I have an absolute passion to help people become their best selves.

Jbd fitness and dance means the absolute world to me; it means I get to work with wonderful people who are ready to smash their goals in a supportive space, on a daily basis.

Our little fitness family has such a community spirit.. my members support one Another and lift one another up, I’ve seen this time after time after time... and gosh whilst we were in a pandemic you guys blew me away….❤️

Never in a million years did I think we would have regular online classes. ❤️ but we hosted so many virtual classes, coffee mornings and the odd social event too ❤️ and of course we continue to run Lift Lean online to this day 🏋️‍♂️

I love my fitness family and I’m so proud of all they are achieving and the wonderful way they support one another.

I am so happy and grateful that we are able to lift one another in such a positive way.
