Every year over 70 disabled people participate competing in the Ikkaido Festival at Stoke Mandeville Stadium, Birthplace of the Paralympics

As it’s mental health awareness week we would like to share with you our immune system boosting project BOOST, thanks to Oxfordshire Community Foundation for a very generous donation which allows us to provide this course to 250 children and adults with learning difficulties ❀️😊

With co-funding support from the programme of the European Union, is very pleased to have been awarded a further inclusion project, (2020-3-RO01-KA105-094899), which brings together young people with and without visual impairment from Turkey, Romania and Ireland to explore inclusive training courses for persons with visual impairment to foster active citizenship.

We believe that no one should be excluded from positive wellbeing. BOOST is designed to be fully inclusive and user friendly for EVERYONE.
The programme is designed by disabled and disadvantaged young people, for disabled and disadvantaged young people.

BOOST is designed to provide long term well being relief. Participants will learn how to monitor their own wellbeing, and how to create their own wellbeing enhancing strategies that they will use to improve their quality of life during and after COVID.

Completion of the programme awards an OFQUAL level one qualification in wellbeing.

We have created a crowdfunder to allow us to pilot BOOST across the UK to reach the people that need it most.
