Our Under 12 Youth team played in the Greater Leyes tournament in Oxford today and won the plate trophy! Congrats all of you 👏🏻🏆💚

Here is a short write up for the U10 Youth team from Sunday

Sunday was the U10 Youth team’s last tournament for this season and they finished with some silverware 🏆
The boys played at the Stoke Mandeville tournament yesterday afternoon in very hot conditions. With some great results in the group stages the boys finished 4th in their group which meant they qualified for the Plate semi final. They played Shenley FC who finished 3rd place in the other group. In a close game where both teams gave it everything, Aylesbury came out on top after a well taken goal from Buzz giving them the 1-0 win! On to the final where they faced Hazelmere. Having previously played Hazelmere in the groups stage where they drew 1-1, we knew it would be another close game. The match started pretty evenly with both teams creating chances. About 4 minutes in we took the lead after George hit the target from the halfway line down the right hand side with a strike that hit the top left corner of the goal!
The boys all dug deep and gave it everything as Hazelmere put the pressure on. The game finished with a 1-0 win, both teams putting in a great performance. What a way to finish the season. Well done boys.

AUJFC U9s – Playing a Year Up! 💚⚽

Our AUJFC U9s reached the final of the U10 Colts Tournament at Stoke Mandeville & Kingsbrook in their first experience of playing a year up. 👏

Although we narrowly missed out on the trophy, the character, resilience and teamwork the boys showed throughout the day were outstanding. Reaching the final against older opposition is a fantastic achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them.

Under 11 colts were plate winners at Stoke Mandeville and Kingsbrook tournament this weekend. The greens played amazing football throughout and won both the semi and final on penalties. Beyond proud of the boys, their attitude and team work! Great way to end tournament season! 🟢⚽️
