Lark of the month for August! 🤩🏅
Shout out to Claire Stone. For completion of the 109 mile UTMB Mont-Blanc, climbing over 33,000 ft over the last weekend in August. What an epic achievement!!!

Also kudos to Stephen Pickford for getting a new sub 50min 10k PB at East Peckham 10k & new parkrun PB (22:15) at malling parkrun! What a machine!!!

Well done to our Larks who completed Swim Serpentine today. A 2 mile swim in the serpentine lake in Hyde park! Also a special shout out to Matt & Carrie who have now completed their London classics and WHAT A MEDAL they got for it! They both only started swimming in May so to complete this today is inspiring!!! Well done 🤩🤩

July lark of the month….
Thank you all for sending in your nominations, It was a very difficult decision to make this month as there have been some great achievements, however, we have decided to have joint winners for the month of July. Janette Burnard for her epic cycle ride from Lands End to John O’Groats. Alex Bentley for completing the Rat race 100 mile Ultramarathon and for completing his first ever 70.3 triathlon!! Both Larks have dedicated many months to training which demonstrates great determination to rise to the challenge, Well done Larks!
