We’re delighted to finally introduce our newest arrival: a strapping, beautifully marked c**t 💪🏽 💙

🐴 Meet Buttermere Leons Talisman — stable name Atlas.

As our stallion’s very first foal on the ground, we couldn’t be more pleased with him. He’s everything we hoped for and more, and we’re so excited to watch him grow. 👀

Both Pearl and Atlas are doing well!! 👏

A busy day at the forge today for Michael Butterworth Dipwcf🔥🔨

Michael has been hard at work using 1¼” x ½” mild steel to hand-forge a bevel shoe for one of the many Shire horses he’s shoeing in preparation for the National Shire Show this Saturday.

Every shoe is carefully shaped and fitted to support these incredible horses at their very best in the show ring.

Proud to see traditional farriery skills helping get them ready for the big day! 🐴 🔨

Poppy from Dodson & Horrell will be visiting us on the 29th October in the morning to have a chat about feed etc..

We have had a lot of people ask us (light horse people included) with regards to what we feed.
We’re inviting people to pop over, have a look at our horses and poppy is also happy to discuss or run through any questions or queries if you can drop me a message so I can give her a rough idea how many to expect..
