ALWAYS 👌 TAKE 👌 THE 👌 PICTURE
We spend 99% of our time in our minds, overthinking about how we look and worrying about what other people think about how we look, that we stop creating memories and keepsakes to look back on.
I've been in my head alot lately and have been battling with self esteem and confidence and this picture might look like im oozing in self belief - but believe me it took alot of encouragement ♥️ to get me there.
Reminder to self - Years from now, you won't care about your hair, your weight, your outfit or the angle - SO take the damn picture and capture thise memories.
Your 85 year old self won't salute you for not capturing the moment because you were too worried about how you looked and have no memories to look back on or show your grandchildren.
Can anyone else relate? I'd love to hear your thoughts..

Hello it's me.....winner of The WMAS Diversity & Inclusion Award 2025.
In June I attended WMAS Long Service & Excellence Awards to receive my award for my contribution as Co-Chair of The Women's Network and my dedication and efforts to support the women in our workplace, by encouraging gender inclusivity and our female members of staff to invest in themselves.
In my time so far as one of the driving forces for the network my proud achievements include:
○ Increasing our members base significantly by enhancing our onboarding process and promoting our network across the trust at key events.
○ Working with our team to build a Women's Network Staff Survey and an Onboarding Booklet.
○ Project managing and delivering events such as International Women's Day, Women's Network Coffee Mornings, Online Webinars, Bespoke Empowerment Workshops and many more...
○ Working alongside key players such as WMAS Health & Wellbeing Team, Press Office, Senior Management, our other networks and our members who are all a huge part of everything we do - it really does take a village.
○ In November 2024 I ran a 10 day internal campaign to raise awareness around domestic violence and educate our workforce in line with the National 'White Ribbon' Campaign. We delivered both online & in person and events and saw over 100 staff participate and I'm about to launch WMAS White Ribbon Campaign 2025.
○ I actively coach & mentor our members to give them opportunities to develop and take part in our events and go on to deliver their own events on subjects such as Endometriosis, Menopause, Public Speaking ...
○ As part of my role as Co-Chair I'm also an Ambassador of The Springboard: Women's Development & Leadership Course and have supported Shindo Barquer to encourage our female members of staff to participate in the programme.
○ I've featured as key Guest speaker at both internal & external events.
P.s just a reminder that we're allowed to celebrate ourselves. Take 5 minutes, make yourself a cuppa and think about what you'd like to celebrate about yourself today.

Today I met my new baby nephew Zorowar Singh Gill.
The most happy and content little baby boy there ever was.
It's also such a blessing to see my grandma become a great grandma for the third time and to be able to enjoy these moments.
