Not a studio post for once 🤍
This memory popped up today and reminded me that balance isn’t just something I teach in yoga — it’s something I’m trying to practice in my own life too.
Building something you love from scratch can easily become your whole world. Time, energy, focus… it all goes into it.
Trying to make more space for the things that make me feel most like myself again 🤍
