Coco has been popping into classes this week, offering moral support, tail wags, and the occasional savasana cuddle. Honestly… best feedback we’ve ever had.

Our studio’s been feeling extra cosy lately — soft lights, slow stretches, friendly faces (and sometimes a furry one).

Our Beginners Yoga classes at Peak District Yoga are designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more confident — whether it’s your very first class or you’re returning after a break 🌿
🧘‍♀️ Beginners Yoga class times:

• Monday – 12:00pm
• Wednesday – 10:30am
• Friday – 10:30am
• Sunday – 11:00am (new time)

Gentle, supportive classes focused on building strength, mobility, balance, and ease — no flexibility or experience needed.

✨ Your Perfect Thursday Reset: Ashtanga + Yin with Chloe ✨

If you’ve been craving a class that leaves you energised, balanced and deeply restored, Thursday evenings are for you.

At 5:30pm, Chloe guides you through an accessible Ashtanga practice — perfect for all levels, whether you’re brand new or building on your existing practice. She offers supportive options throughout, helping you build heat, strength and focus at your own pace. It’s a moving meditation that wakes up your whole body, boosts circulation and clears the mind after a busy day.

Then at 6:45pm, sink into her beautifully grounding Yin class. Long, nourishing holds gently target the fascia and connective tissues, increasing mobility, releasing tension, and soothing the nervous system.

💫 What happens when you do both?
Combining Ashtanga and Yin is the ultimate mind–body reset:
• Muscles activated in Ashtanga open more deeply in Yin
• Flexibility improves more quickly
• Stress levels drop as the body shifts from “go mode” to deep rest
• You leave feeling strong, stretched, calm and completely rebalanced

It’s the perfect blend of effort and ease, yang and yin.
