Ready to get moving this autumn? Active Life is back, helping older adults stay active, social and connected through fun, accessible racquet sports and exercise sessions.
Whether you're looking to try something new, improve your fitness or simply enjoy being active with others, Active Life is a great way to keep moving and feel your best. 💪

💷 Just £3.50 per week — pay as you go at reception.
You can choose to attend Racquet Sports, Exercise, or both — all for the same weekly price.

🍂 Active Kids is back this Autumn! 🏀⚽🤸
Keep the kids active, have fun and learn new skills with Council’s 10-week Active Kids Programme!
Running from week commencing 14 September, the programme gives boys and girls aged 5–14 the chance to get involved in a fantastic range of sports in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment.

♿ Pan Disability
Our grassroots programmes are a great way for young people to try new sports, build confidence, develop their skills and have fun — with the opportunity to progress into recognised junior sports clubs across the Borough.

📣 Enrolment opens Tuesday 1 September at 9am!
