Ready to get moving this autumn? Active Life is back, helping older adults stay active, social and connected through fun, accessible racquet sports and exercise sessions.

Whether you're looking to try something new, improve your fitness or simply enjoy being active with others, Active Life is a great way to keep moving and feel your best. πŸ’ͺ

Keep the kids active, have fun and learn new skills with Council’s 10-week Active Kids Programme!

Running from week commencing 14 September, the programme gives boys and girls aged 5–14 the chance to get involved in a fantastic range of sports in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment.
