MCoA Summer Series / NI Tour – Stage 4 πŸΉβ˜€οΈ

Saturday 22nd August saw MCoA host the final stage of the NI Tour and the Summer Series at Ballyclare RFC.

It was a fantastic and competitive day of shooting, bringing the Summer Series to a close and crowning this year’s champions! πŸ†

George and Jolene finished the series tied on points, so it came down to a tense one-arrow shoot-off to test the finals field for the NI Tour. Congratulations to both archers for handling the pressure and putting on a fantastic shoot-off! πŸ‘

The Summer Series continues to grow and evolve every year, and this year was no different with the introduction of the 900 Round. It has been brilliant to see the continued support and development of the series.

A huge thank you must go to our Tournament Organiser for all the hard work and countless hours that go on behind the scenes to deliver these competitions to the standard we strive for. πŸ‘

Thank you also to our judges, setup teams and results teamsβ€” without your time and commitment, these competitions simply would not happen.

And finally, a massive thank you to all the archers who attended the series and supported its continued development. Your participation and enthusiasm are what make these events possible. ❀️🏹

Congratulations to all our medalists and to everyone who took part!

🏹 NI Tour & Summer Series Finals – Important Competitor Information

As we approach the NI Tour & Summer Series Finals weekend, there is some important information that all competitors need to be aware of before arriving at the venue.

Please take a few minutes to read the information below to help us ensure the event runs as smoothly as possible.

πŸš— 1. Car Parking

The venue is expected to be very busy, with other events taking place on the same day.

Please help us by:

* Using the designated car park on the right-hand side of the venue.
* Parking close together and sensibly to maximise the available space.
* Do not block access routes, lanes, entrances or exits.
* Please follow any instructions from event officials regarding parking.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation as parking space will be limited.
β›Ί 2. Tent & Equipment Space

For this event, we will be using the training pitch rather than our usual pitch. This means that space for competitor tents will be very limited.

Please pitch your tent with this in mind:

* Keep tents as close together as reasonably possible.
* Do not leave unnecessary gaps between tents.
* Once the available tent line is full, the line is full.
* Please be considerate of other competitors and avoid taking up more space than necessary.

πŸ• 3. Shooting Schedules

Please check the latest schedules on Ianseo before arriving.

There have been some changes to the timings, so please do not rely on previously issued schedules.

It is each competitor's responsibility to ensure they are at the field and ready to shoot at the correct time.

πŸ† 4. NI Tour Finals

For those competing in the NI Tour Finals, please make sure you have read the information and documents that have been issued regarding the Finals.

In particular, please ensure you understand the Finals Field procedures and format before arriving. The brackets for the Round Robin will be posted following the conclusion and validation of the Double 720 Results.

If you are unsure about anything, please ask a member of the organising team before the competition starts.

πŸ’· 5. Outstanding Payments

We still have a number of outstanding competition entry payments.

If you have not yet paid your entry fee, please arrange payment as a matter of urgency.

If you believe you have already paid but your payment has not been recorded, please contact the organising team so we can check this for you.

---

We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to what promises to be a fantastic NI Tour & Summer Series Finals weekend.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and for helping us make the event run as smoothly as possible. 🏹

Good luck to everyone competing!🎯
