I had the pleasure of meeting Emily today for an open water coaching session in Ballygally
Chatting after the session I learned that she plans to be one of the first women in UK to complete all the events in one season.
Here's the list;
70.3 Bolton 7th June
70.3 Swansea 12th July
Ironman Leeds 16th August
Ironman Wales 13th September
70.3 Weymouth 20th September
For any of us that have completed an Ironman we know fatigue after an event which makes this all the more remarkable. To do Weymouth 70.3 a week after IM Wales. 💪💪

Session 3 of our 'Get Tri Ready' course completed on Saturday. We worked on our buoy turns and deep water starts. Finishing off with 1k swim. Breezy and choppy. Great conditions to practise our sighting.
Well done guys. Looking forward to our final session Tuesday.

'Get Tri Ready' course dates announced.
Are you new to triathlon or open water events? Nervous about race day. Come along to my Get Tri Ready Course. Over 4 sessions we look at stroke efficiency, breathing, sighting, drafting, pack swimming, buoy turns and much more. Creating race scenarios to get you prepared and confident for your event.

Big shout out to for inviting me to the Roe Valley Sprint Tri yesterday!
Fantastic turnout with 150 competitors taking part. The club did a great job in running a well organised event. The weather even managed to stay kind too ☀️
Thanks to everyone who stopped by the stand, and well done to everyone who raced. Great to be involved with the spot prizes as well.
A big thank you to all my customers on the day who picked up goggles, and Zone3 wetsuits.

Wetsuit Demo Day!!
Saturday 23rd May
Ballygally Community Hall
9am-1pm
Due to the popularity of our last Demo session we are holding another in Ballygally Community Hall.
The correct size of wetsuit is essential to get the best of both yourself and your wetsuit. Come along for a fitting, and get advice on the various models. Even try before you buy with a swim as the beach is just across the road.
On the day we will have wetsuits, robes and neoprene accessories available.
