This fixture was originally scheduled to take place at Tobar Park, but due to a lack of caretakers, the game has been moved to Maltina Park. Our home fixture against Carnlough Swifts will now be played later in the season.

The Blues are currently enjoying a great run of form, playing some excellent football and finding ourselves sitting 3rd in the league. Tomorrow is another opportunity to keep building, keep pushing and continue our progress. 💪🔵

We are absolutely delighted to officially announce what promises to be one of the biggest and most special nights in the history of Cullybackey Blues FC… our Gala Ball in Aid of Air Ambulance NI and in Remembrance of Lydia Ross. 💙

This is going to be so much more than just a night out. We want to bring together our players, supporters, families, sponsors, friends and the wider community for an incredible evening of entertainment, laughter and fundraising for an unbelievable cause.

Cullybackey Blues FC 3-0 Riverdale Football Club

Another great win for the Blues last night as we beat Riverdale 3-0 away from home and pushed ourselves further up the league table! 🔵

The Blues started quickly, taking the lead after around 7 minutes. A great bit of work down the left from Marc Faulkner found TJ Greer, who flicked the ball across the box for Gary Glass to finish at the back post and make it 1-0.

The second came around the 30-minute mark from a corner. After a few bounces around the box, the ball fell to Jordy Balmer, who made no mistake in firing it into the back of the net to double the lead.

The Blues were comfortable for much of the game and never really looked in danger. The final goal came right on 90 minutes when a great goal kick from Ben McAuley dropped to Ryan Corrigan on the edge of the opposition box. Corrigan showed great composure to loop the ball over the keeper from the edge of the 18-yard box and round off a brilliant 3-0 win! ⚽️

A big well done to all the lads on another important three points and a clean sheet. We would also like to wish Riverdale all the best for the rest of the season.

We now have a short break due to Black Saturday before we return to action on the 5th of September. 🔵
