Just want to answer a couple of questions we've been asked quite a few times lately.
Question 1,
How long do you have to wait to put up a memorial in lawn cemeteries.
Answer,
Lawn cemeteries generally have a concrete base already there so a memorial can be erected as soon as your plan passed by the local council (3 to 4 weeks generally).
Question 2,
What is required by your local council to get plan passed.
Answer,
Your monumental mason will have a form for you to sign authorising him to carry out the work.
Also he will provide a plan to the council outlining the size and material of your memorial.
There is a fee to pay to the council which varies from council to council.
