We have had quite an increase in people interested in getting signed up for membership the past few weeks which is great to see 👋🏼

However can we ask if you'd like to call out to see around the gym and get more information, can you message us about setting up an appointment to suit.

We are always welcoming new members, as much as we are a 24/7 gym, there isn't always a trainer about or free to do this.

Still 2 spaces left for our uptake in April for small group sessions at £65 per month.

We also have some spaces open for gym only memberships at £20 per month.

Both of these memberships have 24 hour access to our gym which has everything you need..

This is something I think all women should be comfortable with.

Builds confidence and improves your self awareness and I'll guarantee you'll come away with plenty of knowledge.

This session will be led by George at a cost of £5 per session - Limited to 6 people.

🟨🟨 GRAND TOTAL REVEAL 🟨🟨

First off, we would like to apologise on the delay in announcing our grand total raised from our big charity event before Christmas.

But we have been absolutely blown away with the amount of money we have been able to raise for AIR AMBULANCE NORTHERN IRELAND.

It was the hardest challenge we have ever taken on - physically and mentally but wow was it worth it.

We want to thank everyone who has played a part in taking part and donating.

Our total raised in our 24 hour murph challenge was...... £3,516.65 ❤️
