Well done to all! 🙇‍♂️

Hopefully everyone has had a relaxing weekend.

We're back in the dojos again this week

Tuesday - Rasharkin Chujo Karate Club 7:30pm - 8:30pm, Rasharkin Community Centre

Wednesday - Ballymena Chujo Karate Club 7:00pm - 8:30pm, Seven Towers LC Minor Hall

With grading applications closed and the day steadily approaching, we'll be focusing all our energy to help you bring your best Karate on the day.

Some grading tips;

Sensei's feedback guides your growth. - Don't let corrections overshadow your successes! Every uncorrected technique is a victory.

Karate is a lifestyle. - Extend your training beyond the dojo through home practice and mental visualisation.

You've got this! - We wouldn't have accepted your application if you weren't ready.
