We had our first BJJ Beginners session last night 🤼

Everyone got stuck in and did brilliant!

We started off with some basic warm up movements, a quick game and then moved into pulling guard, taking the back and doing a rear naked choke.

Hope you all had fun and we’ll see you again on Wednesday at 7pm!
