I am not the same person in these photos.

The guy on the left had become comfortable. I was using the excuse that I was lifting heavy and working long hours to justify eating whatever I wanted. I had no real goal, no clear direction, and after a difficult start to the year I had lost a lot of my drive.

The guy on the right is 6 weeks into a prep for some big lifts later this year.

I've got my focus back. My mindset is stronger. My faith is strong. I'm setting a better example for my daughter, my clients, and for myself.

One thing I've learned over the years is that nobody accidentally gets great results.

It's easy to skip the workout after a long day.
It's easy to order the takeaway.
It's easy to tell yourself you'll start on Monday.

But easy choices often lead to a harder life.

The hard choice is training when you don't feel like it.
The hard choice is eating well when convenience is calling.
The hard choice is staying disciplined when motivation disappears.

But those hard choices create confidence, health, strength, and self-respect.

If you're not happy with where you are right now, don't wait for motivation.

Start with one workout.
One walk.
One better meal.

Small actions repeated consistently can completely change your life.

Keep showing up. The results will follow. 💪🏽

Turning 40 this year and I’ve made a decision…

I want to be in the best shape of my life.

Not for ego.
Not to prove anything to anyone.

But to prove to myself what discipline can still build…
and to set an example for my daughter.

Today she was the one motivating me through training — and that means more than any PB.

Strength isn’t just what you lift.

It’s what you model.

Built at 40 starts now. 🔥

Who’s pushing themselves with me?

Built at 40
I turn 40 this year.

And I’ve made a decision…
I’m going to be in the best shape of my life.

Not 10 years ago.
Not “back in the day.”
Now.

Because too many people hit 40 and start slowing down…
accepting less…
telling themselves it’s “too late.”

It’s not.

This is your reminder that you can still build strength.
Still lose the weight.
Still become disciplined.
Still become the person you know you’re capable of being.

So I’m treating this like a challenge.

No shortcuts.
No excuses.
Just consistency, discipline, and showing up—every single week.

And if you’re anywhere near this stage of life…
or just sick of starting over…

Join me.

Let’s see what we’re really capable of.

Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy.
They fail because they keep getting in their own way.

Self-sabotage doesn’t look obvious.
It looks like:

“I’ll start Monday”

Skipping one session… then disappearing for 3 weeks

Saying you want more, but choosing what’s comfortable

Pushing people away, then wondering why you feel alone

You’re not stuck.
You’re just repeating patterns that feel familiar.

And the truth?
Discipline isn’t about motivation…
It’s about doing the thing even when the old version of you fights back.

The gym exposes it.
Relationships expose it.
Life exposes it.

At some point, you’ve got to decide:
Are you going to keep sabotaging your own progress…
or start becoming someone who actually follows through?

Because no one is coming to save you.
But you can change.

You had it all at your fingertips and you fumbled it. It was all right in front of you, your goals and your dreams right there and you fumbled it. This isn’t your final chapter, get back at it.

Are you ready to stop thinking about change… and actually live it?

If you’re tired of second-guessing yourself in the gym, tired of starting and stopping, tired of knowing you’re capable of more… this is your moment.

I help people:

• Build real confidence in the gym
• Lose body fat without extreme nonsense
• Get stronger, fitter, more capable
• Feel proud when they look in the mirror

I’ve been coaching for years. I’ve seen the doubts, the busy schedules, the “I’ll start Monday” cycle. They’re common. They’re normal. But they don’t have to win.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to start.

Let’s build the stronger, leaner, more disciplined version of you that’s been waiting in the background.

Message me today and let’s get to work 💪
