Whether you've played rugby before or you're completely new to the game, everyone is welcome. Come along, make new friends, build confidence and have plenty of fun.

We are extremely proud of our very own Jemima making it on to the Ulster rugby Senior women’s squad this year! Extremely well deserved. 🦌💚

Jem started her rugby career at Hinch 5 years ago and has been a key player for us throughout. We can’t wait to see her in action!

Our final player of the match goes to…

✨AMBER MURPHY✨

Amber took up the position of scrum half this season, and while sometimes she forgets what size she is 👀 she always puts her body on the line making important tackles. Today, she even found her wings in our line outs, literally being thrown in the air. She capped off her performance today with 2 tries.

Not the end to the season we’d hoped for.

Some positives to take away but lots to work on for next season 💪🏼 but for now I think we will all enjoy a well deserved break!
