If you have been to any of our events over the last few years,, you will understand the need for better changing rooms and facilities. Could I ask you to contribute the value of a cup of coffee, or your last takeaway meal to our Crowdfunder campaign? 🙏

Yesterday afternoon during our club racing, two vessels unfortunately ran aground. While our own safety boat was quick to respond, additional assistance was required due to the conditions.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Lough Neagh Rescue, with crews responding from two stations, Antrim and Kinnego and a shoreside team from Ardboe, as well as the shoreside safety team, for their swift and professional support. Their efforts ensured everyone was kept safe and both boats were recovered without further incident.

It’s reassuring to know that such a dedicated rescue service is always there when needed. 👏👏

On behalf of everyone at Ballyronan Boat Club, thank you for your outstanding work – we are truly grateful. 🙏

Many thanks to Mid Ulster District Council for ongoing support of Ballyronan Boat Club; this financial assistance allows us to maintain our boats to a good standard. In turn, we offer local people the opportunity to experience Lough Neagh for themselves and see what fun can be had on the water. By working together, we can create a better future.
