Right - time to get back at it! πππββοΈ
Anyone ready for a run/jog/plod?
Meet at BANBRIDGE LEISURE CENTRE car park (in front of Tennis Courts) at 10am on Wednesday 9th June.
It doesn't matter if you want to do a walk-run, a 5 or 10k. We can meet at the start & compare notes at the end! π
Get in touch if you have any questions. It's going to be hot -π₯ π¦πΆοΈ
Anyone else finding it hard to get out for a run with so much ice about, darker nights & now kids at home?
Lockdown #1 was easier with the lovely weather!

πββοΈβοΈπ³ Lunchtime run on my own today - following lockdown rules (ughh) πββοΈβοΈπ³
It's 1 degree outside - beautiful, blue sky & lots of ice. I've never run with so much clothing ! - 2 long sleeve tops, waterproof, gloves Got my Christmas pressie Sweaty Betty leggings on! ππ
π A slow run as the roads were icy - wore my battered trail trainers. π Lovely to get out π
ππ·π€¦ββοΈ Great time to start a running group... π€¦ββοΈπββοΈπ¦
Further to the latest NI Executive restrictions in force from Saturday 26th December - Outdoor exercise is permitted only as an individual or with members of your own household during this time.
ππ€π³ Don't let this stop you running on your own, get out & enjoy the fresh air - or even to start running. ππΏπ¦
There's loads of great info out there to help, guide, motivate & challenge - some of my favourites are:
Women's Running Magazine & podcast, The Running Channel & podcast by Jenni Falconer Also search for - great way to start.
See you when the lockdown lifts.....π
