RESILIENCE Program:
Athletes in active rehab, with persisting injuries or in high performance- this is your optimal athlete package!

- Weekly 1:2:1 strength coaching or soft tissue rehabilitation/ maintenance (private gym & clinic).
- Fully personalised rehab & strength coaching via TrueCoach.
- Ongoing symptom monitoring, movement correction and technique refinement.
- Direct messaging and support between sessions.

This is high-level support for athletes who take their body and their sport seriously.

DURABILITY Program:
For the longevity of your fitness condition, maintaining the high end condition to avoid injury or relapse- this is where you’ll find your glory!

- Bi-weekly 1:2:1 strength coaching or soft tissue rehabilitation/ maintenance (private gym & clinic).
- Individualised rehab & strength coaching via TrueCoach.
- Ongoing performance progression and load management.
- Direct messaging and support between sessions.

This isn’t generic programming.
It’s clinically informed strength coaching designed to keep you performing- not on the sideline!
