U13 Girls | Mo Fearon Tournament ⚽️

A fantastic day for our U13 girls at the annual Mo Fearon Tournament in Ballyholland! 👏

It was a slow start, but as the day progressed the girls grew in confidence, found their rhythm and picked up some well-deserved wins. 💪⚽️

They secured their place in the Cup competition, battling their way through to the final after a gripping and hard-fought semi-final. 🔥

Unfortunately, the final proved a step too far after having just 13 girls available and stretched across the whole day. Despite that, they can be incredibly proud of their efforts and the great displays of football throughout the tournament. ❤️👏

MINORS ARE CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL BOUND 🔴🟢

Following a nail biting battle in Newry this afternoon our lads booked their final spot following a win over St. John’s Bosco, Newry on penalties.

The sides could not be separated during playing time and extra time with the score after extra time being Annaclone 3-19, Newry Bosco 2-22. The boys showed brilliant skill and remain composed throughout winning 4-1 on penalties!

The boys now face Tullylish in the Minor Cup Final, fixture TBC.

Hard luck to our U16 Boys who lost out on a Championship Semi Final Spot today by the narrowest of margins.
The boys put up a tremendous performance, battling right to the end in what was a very exciting game between the two sides. Hard luck lads, a brilliant effort 👏🏻👏🏻
