On Friday night we headed to Magherafelt to support Dunamoney Flute Band.

Saturday night we travelled to Lisburn where Lambeg Orange & Blue celebrated their 40th Anniversary.

Well done to both bands on two very successful parades and congratulations to Lambeg on 40 years 👏🏼

Today we travel to West Belfast for Upper Falls Protestant boys FB annual lap of the estate.

Tonight we finish off our weekend supporting Pride of the Maine Flute Band.

Today marks the anniversary of the Glenanne bomb which killed 3 members of the Ulster Defence Regiment. L/cpl Robert Crozier, Private Paul Blakely and Private Sydney Hamilton, the Father of our former chairman and current member Keith Hamilton.

The thoughts and prayers of the band are with all the families today including the 14 wounded.

The below tribute is a photo taken by our friends at Kilcluney Volunteers Flute Band who this week retired a bass drum they had created in memory of Glenanne.

A pleasure as always to lead the best lodge in the county. We have a great relationship with the lodge with many of our members coming through the band and hopefully many more in the future 🇬🇧🍊
