Live online classes in the evenings and all classes are recorded so you can also train at your leisure.

We are currently looking for maternity cover for 20-30hour sales assistant position

We can also Offer a spinning bike FREE for a month or more:…. Depending on how long you want to train with us.

Bike is delivered to your door and set up for you. No having to book into a class or all the rushing home to just leave for the gym again. Or trying to find a babysitter.
