WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we record every single weight lifted in class so you can keep track of your progress week by week.

Every exercise on the programme can be adapted to suit your own personal needs.

WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER DAYS?

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are geared towards getting a sweat on and improving your fitness levels, from solo workouts to teamwork!

Featuring Squats, Bench and Deadlift as the main movements on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 🏋‍♀️🏋‍♂️

Every workout is tracked in your own personal programme so you can see your progress week on week 📝

To compliment this, on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday why not try our conditioning and circuit classes? Set yourself a goal of competing in the Fusion Fitness Games 🏆

Evora Hospice Fundraiser ❤️

On Saturday the 18th of July we will be taking part in a walk from Evora Hospice Newry back to Fusion Fitness, approximately 16 miles. 🚶

The route will take us to Damolly industrial estate, along the towpath to Scarva and the last stretch will be the Scarva road back to base at Fusion Fitness.

We will be walking to help fund the Evora Hospice and help them continue to carry on the wonderful work they do in caring not only for patients but also helping to comfort their loved ones through a difficult time.

I unfortunately got to witness the work they do first hand as they cared for my late and very great father in law Malachy Wilson ❤️ so my wife and I and members of the Wilson family will also be walking in his memory ❤️

Any donation big or small will be very much appreciated .

Fusion Fitness Games 🏆

Yesterday concluded the Games, what a special event !

An event for everyone, no egos, no taps aff, no professional photographers, no over priced entry fee.

Gym members cheering each other on with friends and family all together ❤️

This photo sums it up, 2 ladies who met in the gym 6 months ago, Kathryn from Tipperay, Sinead from Wales. Brought together by a goal of completing a challenge that seemed impossible when they started. But they have worked tirelessly in classes and have achieved something special 🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Well done ladies! And well done to everyone who took part !

It started with a bare unit and a few weights, originally I had thought it'll do for now, let's see how it goes, little did I know it would lead to over a decade of Fusion Fitness.

Thankyou to all of my members past and present, you are what makes the gym. A gym full of encouragement, hard work and lots of craic! The community feel and togetherness is second to none ❤️

Thankyou to my fitness family from gyms around the town, your support and slagging is very much appreciated and I'd be lost without your help and advice 💪

And of course thankyou to my beautiful wife for all your love and support ❤️ love ya 😘
