I love fast fat loss.
Honestly.
When it's done properly, the momentum you build from seeing things change quickly is hard to beat.
The scales start moving.
Your clothes fit better.
You catch yourself in the mirror and notice the definition you haven't seen in a while.
You throw on your gym gear and think...
Hang on a minute. đ
And that feeling is motivating as f**k.
Because when you're dieting, there's going to be some level of hunger regardless.
Whether you drag a small calorie deficit out for months...
Or get your head down and attack a shorter phase properly.
The difference?
With slow fat loss, people often lose motivation before they've seen enough change to make the whole thing feel worth it.
Fast fat loss gives you momentum.
You see progress.
That progress makes you want to keep going.
Then when the fat loss phase is finished...
You move on.
Get in.
Get out.
Learn how to maintain your results.
Then shift your focus towards getting stronger, performing better or building some muscle.
Because fat loss isn't supposed to be your lifestyle.
It's a phase.
And that's exactly what we're doing inside INVIGOR8 đ
8 weeks of focused, aggressive fat loss.
Imagine heading towards Christmas...
Feeling comfortable putting on clothes that have been sitting in the wardrobe for months.
Not avoiding photos.
Not sucking your stomach in every time someone pulls out a camera.
Having more energy.
Feeling lighter.
Stronger.
More confident.
Walking into a room without immediately wondering how you look.
And knowing you've actually followed through on the thing you've been saying you'll do for years.
That's what happens when you stop dragging fat loss out forever and actually commit to a phase.

Let's finish this one properly. đ

INVIGOR8 IS BACK đ„
And after what happened the last time we opened the doors, I wouldn't hang about if you've been thinking about joining us.
The last Invigor8 sold out.
So this time, the Priority List gets first access.
On 25th September, the doors open to the Priority List first, giving you the chance to grab one of the first 10 spaces for the early bird price of ÂŁ97.
After that, it'll open to everyone else.
If you've been watching from the sidelines, saying you'll do something after the summer, after Christmas, or when life settles down a bit...
This might be your sign to stop waiting for the perfect time đ
Comment INVIGOR8 below and I'll get you onto the Priority List.

I had a lad message me last week saying he'd completely fallen off the wagon.
He said:
âRyan, I was dead on Monday to Friday. Then the weekend got me.â
Heâd got a takeaway and a few pints while watching the match on Saturday.
Then Sunday came. Roast dinner, all the trimmings, and he went back for seconds.
Because it was Sunday. And honestly, why wouldn't you?
The thing was, he was waiting for me to tell him he'd fu**ed the whole week.
Because that's what he'd already decided in his own head.
Five good days.
Then two days where he actually enjoyed himself with his family.
And somehow, those two days had cancelled out everything he'd done from Monday to Friday.
That's the trap so many parents get caught in.
âI've ruined it now.â
âI'll start again Monday.â
And before they know it, Monday comes and goes.
Then another weekend happens.
Then another Monday becomes the fresh start.
And suddenly three weeks have passed because of one takeaway and a roast dinner.
The roast wasn't the problem.
Neither were the pints.
The damage happens when you decide that one weekend means the whole week no longer counts.
The parents I coach who actually get results aren't the ones who never have a takeaway or never enjoy a few drinks.
They're the ones who can have those things, enjoy them, and then get up the next morning and carry on as normal.
No punishment workout.
No starving themselves on Monday.
No trying to âmake up for it.â
They just get back to their normal routine.
That's the skill most people need to learn.
Not being perfect from Monday to Sunday.
Being able to have a weekend, enjoy your life, and not convince yourself you've blown everything because you had a few meals that weren't chicken and rice.
Invigor8 is opening soon.
DM me INVIGOR8 and I'll send you the details first.

It goes roughly the same way every time.
They come to me around now with a version of the same story.
Good intentions in January. Some progress.
Then life happened.
Then summer happened.
And now here they are, feeling like they're back at the beginning, wondering whether anything is ever actually going to change.
I let them say all of it, and then I ask them one question.
âWhat's different about this time?â
Not to catch them out or to make them justify themselvesâŠ
Their answer tells me a lot about how ready they are to change...
So, when I hear, "I'm just more motivated this time", I gently push back.
Motivation brought them here before. It's not enough on its own, nor can it be relied upon long-term (as Iâm sure youâll know by now).
The ones who say, "I think I've been approaching it wrong and I want to understand what I'm actually doing"... Those are the conversations that go somewhere.
Because that's not motivation talking.
That's something more determined and more useful.
It's curiosity. And a willingness to do things differently rather than âjust try harderâ.
That's what Invigor8 is built for. (And its coming back bigger and better)
Not the version of you that's suddenly found more willpower.
The version of you that's ready to stop repeating the same approach and expecting different results.
If September 2026 is feeling like another fresh start that might go the same way as the last oneâŠ
That's exactly the conversation I want to have with you.
Message me today⊠Let's make this one different.

"I'll start Monday."
3 words.
Said by nearly every parent I've ever coached, at least once, usually on a Thursday.
Monday isn't a fresh start.
It's just a day.
You're the same person on Monday as you were on Thursday when you had the extra glass of w**e and the biscuit tin came out.
The "start Monday" thing isn't about Mondays.
It's permission.
Permission to write off Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday because you've decided the "new" version of you begins in four days' time.
Four days of biscuits.
Four days of skipped walks.
Four days that count, whether you've decided to count them or not.
You don't need a clean slate.
You need to make the next choice, the very next one, whatever day it lands on, a slightly better one than the last.
That's it.
That's the whole system.
Invigor8 is built around that, not around Mondays.

You don't need the conditions to be right.
You just need to start.
Everyone waits for the right moment.
Kids to be a bit older.
Work to calm down.
The house to sort itself.
Money to stop being tight.
Life to just slow down for five minutes.
And that's usually the reason people give for putting it off another year.
Think about the version of you that used to train regularly. Played sport. Ran without thinking about it.
That person didn't have perfect conditions either, they just did it anyway around whatever was going on.
Now compare that to waiting for the "right time."
No kids off school, no busy patch at work, no wedding season, no this, no that.
Listen there's always something. The conditions are never going to line up.
I see this play out with parents all the time.
I had a lad message me a few weeks back. Used to play county minor football.
Now
He can't get up the stairs at work without stopping.
He didn't want a diet plan.
He wanted to know where the version of him that trained four nights a week went.
Told me he'd probably start "properly" once things settled down.
Things don't settle down.
I'm up before 5am most mornings myself, not because I love it, because if I wait, theres a ton of opportunities to find excuses not to train
The parents who actually change something aren't the ones who wait for the perfect window.
They're the ones who start in the middle of the mess and let the fitness catch up to the timing, not the other way round.
It's not the wrong time that's stopping you.
It's waiting for the right one.

One of my clients had followed me for about eight months before they finally reached out.
Theyâd read the posts, saved a few and thought about messaging plenty of times.
But they kept waiting for life to calm down.
Work was busy.
The kids had stuff on.
Then Christmas was coming.
January felt too obvious.
There was always a reason to leave it another few weeks.
When they eventually messaged me, life hadnât suddenly become easier. It was actually one of the busiest times theyâd had all year.
Theyâd just realised the quiet spell they were waiting for probably wasnât coming.
So we started 1-2-1 coaching with work being busy, the kids needing lifts and everything else still going on.
We didnât need life to stop.
We just worked out how training, nutrition and everything else could fit around it.
Three months in, they told me the timing still didnât feel perfect.
The difference was theyâd stopped waiting for it to.
Most people who make real progress donât start at the perfect time.
They reach a point on some random day where they think, âF**k it, I need to do something.â
If youâve been following me for months and waiting for things to calm down before you reach out, they probably wonât.
Message me anyway.
Weâll build the plan around the life you actually have.
