Introducing my new service โ€˜Bring your baby PT sessionsโ€™ ๐Ÿคฑ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

If youโ€™re a mum with a newborn who is looking to improve your health and fitness, and finding childcare is difficult, then these sessions are perfect for you!

Sessions will be completely judgement free, youโ€™ll learn how to lift weights safely, you can bring anything you need to keep baby occupied during your session, and of course Iโ€™ll be there to support you every step of the way - itโ€™s all about mums supporting mums ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿค

Not only will you benefit from working out both physically and mentally yourself, but youโ€™ll also be showing baby what a healthy lifestyle looks like and how they can exercise to ๐Ÿ™Œ

Along with your sessions you will also receive access to my training app, calorie and steps targets, a post-natal friendly workout programme to follow, as well as access to the madfitmum whatโ€™s app community, full of ladies you can relate to and be inspired by ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ

Spaces will be limited to a select few mummies who are interested and sessions will be during week day daytimes or weekends

Please note that I can only take young babies who arenโ€™t of toddling age but once baby starts to toddle I will create a bespoke training plan for you to follow from home or you can transfer to my online coaching service instead, so you donโ€™t have to give up on your fitness goals ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ”ฅ

NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE EFFECT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH HAS ON YOUR BODY, FOOD CHOICES AND OVERALL HEALTH ๐Ÿง โœจ

The picture on the left is me today and the picture on the right was me just after lockdown

on the right we were locked inside, couldnโ€™t do much physical activity, I was eating SO much food, and my mental health was on a severe decline ๐Ÿ“‰

I fast forward to today and I now understand the link between good mental health and weight gain better than ever

I bang on about mindset all the time to clients and people Iโ€™ve met and how this should be our main focus if you want to get into better shape and be overall a much healthier person and I feel so strongly about this ๐Ÿ™Œ

When we are looking at the obesity crises what we are actually looking at is a mental health epidemic

We can focus on better eating, better education, increasing exercise, but if our mindset isnโ€™t worked on we will revert back to those old habits and find ourselves straight back where we started ๐Ÿ”„

Iโ€™ve done a great deal of self help, soul searching and changed a lot of habits since lockdown and Iโ€™ve experienced just how broken the mental health system is and this needs to change in order to really help people ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Put your focus on your mind and your body and health will thank you for it I promise ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป youโ€™ll be amazed at how much you are able to change and grow both on the inside and on the outside ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป
