With Baby Bexercise’s 3rd birthday coming up… It was only right to reintroduce this class 🥹😭🎉🧡

Baby Bexercise is a postnatal HIIT workout that is suitable from 6-12 weeks postpartum depending on your birth and how you are feeling physically and mentally. Don’t be put off by the word “HIIT”. Alternative, low impact exercises are offered to suit all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy and classes are taught by a qualified pre and postnatal coach (as well as mum of 2!!!) so you are in safe hands 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

You’ll find Bex teaching this class:
🗓️ Every Monday
⏰ 10am (45-50 minute class depending on workout planned)
📍Bodicote Church House (parking available)

Are you ready to get exercising again but can’t find childcare? That’s not a problem here. Baby and little ones welcome. Always. We have flashing sensory lights for the babies 🪩💃🏻 There’s also a little area at the back which is reserved for mamas with multiple or older babas for more space to play and roam around - toys + pop up tent provided! 🧸👶🏻👧🏼

Want to join but don’t think you’re fit enough? No problem. There’s no pressure or judgement here. You go at your own pace. I show the exercise, you follow along. It doesn’t matter how fast you go, as long as you’re doing the exercises safely. You can also grab a drink at any time, take a breather at any time!

Want to come but worried about baby not settling? Don’t worry. At least one baby will be crying throughout! Sometimes it’s mine!😭👶🏻. We are all in the same boat and I promise no one will mind. NO ONE. If baby needs you at all, this is a safe space to do what you need to do - feed 👩🏻‍🍼🍼🤱🏻, change, soothe, then jump back in when you’re ready! 💪🏻

APRIL is giving this is gonna be soooo much fun 🥹💪🏻💃🏻🎶🔥🧡

I’ve mixed things up a lil bit to keep April classes (daytime, programmes + evening) feeling fresh, fun, and something more to look forward to!

Here’s what we’ve got coming…:
Week 1: B***y Bootcamp. No more “mum butt” around here, mamas! I’ve got you covered with some super spicy glute workouts, tailored to each class (HIIT, weights, resistance bands, pregnancy specific, etc)

Week 2: Reggaeton Partyyyy 💃🏻🎶 We will be getting sweaty to the sounds of Bad Bunny (my personal fav), J Balvin, Karol G, Rosalia) I’m looking forward to this one 🥵🌶️

Week 3: HYBEX (Hyrox inspired). Get ready to WORK! This one will challenge you in the best way. We will be performing all the Hyrox inspired movements (Skii, lunges, burpees) with Baby Bexercise twists + pre / postpartum modifications. Think strength, cardio + determination.

Week 4: 90’s Throwback. Throwback tunes, feel-good energy, and a lot of singing whilst we squat hold!😆💪🏻 If you know the words, prepare to work harder and feel the burn 🔥 Optional dress code of neon and 90s accessories 😆

Every class on my timetable will be involved in these themed weeks, so get ready!!! I love switching things up every now and then and keeping you guys motivated.

Reminding you that fitness doesn’t have to be boring, and I can tailor any exercise to suit you, where you’re at in your pregnancy or postpartum recovery ❤️‍🩹
