☀️ HOT WEATHER UPDATE ☀️
With the temperatures rising, we wanted to let everyone know that all Jado Kuin Do classes will continue as normal.
To help everyone stay comfortable, students are welcome to train in their Jado T-shirt or a plain black T-shirt.
Classes will still cover everything you need to progress, but we'll be working at a slightly slower pace to ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable in the heat. There will also be plenty of water breaks throughout the session, so please remember to bring a drink with you.
Train smart, stay hydrated, and we'll see you in class! 👊💧

Today is a very important day for our students attending the Jado Kuin Do Blackbelt Assessment Day.

Please join us in wishing all of our students the very best of luck and send them your support and encouragement for the day ahead. 👊🖤

From the moment they first stepped into a class, each and every one of them began a journey of growth, determination, resilience, and self-belief. Since then, they have achieved so much, overcome challenges, pushed through difficult moments, and continued to develop both in and out the class.
Today is their opportunity to see if they are ready to be entered for the Blackbelt Gradings in October, a huge milestone in their martial arts journey and something that is earned through dedication, consistency, and hard work.
