⚽️ Over the weekend, Hooky U13s played at the Carterton 6-a-side tournament 🏆
It’s been a happy hunting ground for this team in the past - they won the plate competition there last year.
On Saturday, Hooky topped the group stage with three wins and two draws 💪
They won the semi 2-0, and just came up short in the final.
It was a fun morning with some great football, despite the weather!
Charlbury tournament next…can the U13s go one better?! 🤔

🏆 Over the weekend, a couple of our U11s teams were involved in tournament action.

🦈 The Hammerheads (📸 pictured) won the Witney VIP tournament for the second year running 🏆

🌀 The Hurricanes entered The Yarnton tournament.
With many key players missing, the seven remaining Hurricanes shared stints as a goalkeeper, defender, midfielder and striker. This gave an opportunity to those wishing to explore new positions during a competition and not just at training.
All the matches were very close with Hooky hitting the goal frame on several occasions.
Well done Hurricanes for embracing the challenge 🙌

🦈 The U11 Hammerheads spent a very hot day at the Stonesfield tournament 🥵 but the smiles say it all! 😃
Only two losses on the day, which were close matches, and one of which was bad luck.
The Hammerheads are bonding and growing as team week by week 🙌
