Great day out today at Wuma English championships, Claire's little cobras stepped up first with Zak kendhammer and lewis perry competing in there 1st tournaments, Zak done amazing winning his novice section and coming 3rd in the grand final for his section,lewis perry stepped up next in the continous facing a much more advanced opponent, he done good and was brave showing great heart, big respect to claire and the way she has got these 2 boys ready for the debuts,big things to come for these two warriors,next up Callum mighty in the title fight offs for last years six foot series a close fight more hard work needed,steve bugess up next,stevie me and you need to work harder and get you fighting on the mat as you do when we are sparring, then callum up again against marcus lewis,big respect to callum for stepping into the ring with marcus big difference in experiance proud of callum for standing his ground and giving it a shot against a 23 time word champ when only having trained for 2 years, keep up the good work guys!!

Great day out at the WUMA nationals today, 4 of us competed with 3 of us bringing home trophies, I was up 1st in the -60kg catagory and won, Stephen Burgess took 2nd place in the -70kg catagory and Callum Mighty won the -80kg catagory, Errol Reeves was up next and had a great fight that went right down to 1st point wins after full time and a 30 second extension errol was just pipped at the post but fought great!!

Thankyou to all the cobras that were envolved with the fundraising 50 man kumite on tuesday, we managed to raise £200 which is amazing from 9 of us well proud !

Great training sessions this week, back to basics and everyone worked real hard, proud of you all, its allways good to step back and practise and perfect the most basic techniques, looking forward to the next session!

So proud of Team Cobra yesterday, we stepped out to do battle at the G force international open, 5 fighters and everyone bagged a medal, 4 golds, 2 silvers and 2 bronze, a great day out had by us all ! Cant wait till the next outing Team cobra is building and going from strength to strength respect to you all, massive thankyou to claire for beeing there to help coach and look after us all .
