Did you know… humans naturally float better when they relax? 😌🌊

That’s why learning to stay calm in the water and float on your back is such an important swimming skill!

🐬 Summer Intensives & Fun sessions🐬

Week commencing 27th July we will be running Summer intensives in the morning 9-11am and Fun sessions in the evenings 4-6pm.

Fun sessions are 1 hour sessions and will include inflatables, structured games and lots of fun! 🤩

Have you been making the most of the sunny weather this half term by getting the paddling pool out for some extra splash-tastic fun? 🌞

It’s a great opportunity to practice important water skills. From kicking practice to water confidence and coordination, learning through play is one of the best ways to build strong swimming skills while having fun!
