This weekend we’ve got members taking on the challenge at the Byw’n Iach Arfon HYROX event and we couldn’t be prouder! 💜🖤
🔥 Stephen will be competing in the Men’s Doubles event.
🔥 Caz & Owain will be taking on the Mixed Doubles division.
Months of hard work, tough training sessions and plenty of sweat have all led to this weekend.
Go out there, enjoy the atmosphere, trust your training and give it everything you’ve got! 💪
