This month I’m going to be taking on a small group of male and females that want to completely transform there physiques in just 90 days.

My relationship with food and alcohol is the best it’s ever been.

How much food I can put away in one sitting is quite impressive, just ask anyone that’s been with me at a restaurant.

Three starters, two mains and two deserts not a problem🤣.

There was a time I was out drinking every Friday & Saturday. Fifty jagger bombs at the start of the night was a warm up.

I wouldn’t be able to handle 6 anymore😂.

My lifestyle was obviously extremely unhealthy and I’m glad I chose to do something about my lifestyle four years ago.

These days I realise that my evening shouldn’t be based around what I eat and drink.

The importance of social events is all about the people we spend our company with.

Last night we had a lasagne & fries and probably 5-6 pornstar martinis with . And let me tell you that sh*t is strong🤣.

If I can go out and eat what I want and have a few drinks every once in a while and still achieve my goals then so can you.

You’re lifting as heavy as you possibly can on each exercise and you’re getting really strong.

But are you gaining any muscle tissue?

You’re probably out lifting some of the bigger guys at the gym

But are you gaining any muscle tissue?

How strong you are doesn’t add up in comparison to how much muscle mass you’re carrying.

I was you for a very long time🙋🏻‍♂️. I believed if I just got stronger every week then I would build a tonne load of muscle. I was at a point with my training performance that the weights I was able to shift was just dangerous.

Worst thing about all of this was I just wasn’t gaining any muscle. And to those that are doing the same trust me I know it’s not by lack of trying because I know how hard you try.

I’ve made more progress over the past 12 months than I ever have. But how?

I left my ego at the door, I stopped trying to lift every plate at the gym and I focused on my form, technique and ex*****on more than just throwing weights from A to B. I focus on what I’m doing and what I’m trying to achieve.

You want bigger legs or bigger arms? Then start contracting them properly.

At the end of the day would you rather be strong or look strong? And in order to gain any muscle you’ve got to look strong.

If I don’t practice what I preach then how can I expect my clients to take me seriously?

YOU are responsible for your future body.

YOUR lack of results are not anyone's fault, but yours.

YOU are the only person to blame for where you are right now.

It's harsh, but it's true. And I would also like to say that where you are is OKAY.

But if you're not HAPPY with your current lifestyle or body - then it's YOUR responsibility to make a change.

You don't know how to workout for your goals? ➡️

You don't know how to track macros? ➡️

You don't understand how your metabolism works? ➡️

You don't understand how to diet in phases for long term success? ➡️

You don't understand how to monitor your biofeedback and make adjustments when needed? ➡️

Then invest in yourself, go and learn!

Stop falling for the easy, quick fix, BS advice on social media. Use your brain. Dive into QUALITY sources.

Invest in a coach, training or nutrition program 💯

OR...

Invest in QUALITY 1:1 coaching so you can have an experienced coach teach and guide you every step of the way.

Whatever you do, it's your choice.

You're either choosing to stay where you are or you're choosing to make a change and take control.

It's entirely up to you.

Nothing changes if nothing changes.

Your MIND has to be the first to take action.

Is your health, body, metabolism, hormones, progress WORTH investing in? Are YOU worth investing in?

OR would you prefer to stay where you are, struggling to make progress and blaming the world for failures.
Because TRUST me that is so much harder to live with.

They are..

If you’re invested in me then I am also invested in you.

For all the bad social media and the internet has done over the years I do think that it has done a lot of good.

Let’s be real here… How many of us check our phones every 5 minutes with screen time of over 8 hours a day?😂.

It doesn’t matter where we are or what we’re doing we are always on our phones and we certainly have them on us all the time.

No matter where I go I am able to work from anywhere, respond to check ins and client messages at any time.

How many of you have had to wait hours at a time and some times days on end to get a reply from someone?

Having had my fair share of coaches over the years and invested my money into them I know exactly how that feels

It’s annoying, rude, disrespectful and gets you mad right?.

This is why I pride myself in my response time, service and also how I support my clients every day.
And for anyone that doesn’t reply to you then let me tell you that they simply couldn’t be bothered🤷🏻‍♂️.
