Bit of tying today for the saltwater fly anglers. Shrimp/prawn fly for pollack and seatrout (and anything else that eats it😁)

Another sedge pattern available ..... The G&H sedge. This one is a size 12 but works particularly well in all sizes from 8 or 10 right down to 16 short shank depending on the naturals on your water. Gink it up and it will float all day - good for skating along the surface to get a chase. Pm me for orders.

When it's time for the sedges a big bushy Midas fly hits the spot for the rainbow trout

Something a bit more imitative today. Nemesis nymphs in black and olive. Great suggestive all-round pattern .... Just looks edible to trout!!!

For all you blobbers out there here's a modern take on a couple of classic patterns which have been catching fish recently..... Cats Whisker and Viva blobs.

Pattern development afternoon. Some detached body buzzers on 14's and 16's. For when the fish are looking for something a bit more natural ..... (Blue cheeks aside obviously😁)
