Join me this week for supportive yoga practices to help you release tension, improve strength & mobility, calm a busy mind and create a little space to breathe.

It's mental health awareness week. Did you know yoga can help with your mental health (yep, not all just about Instagram worthy poses or handstands!!)
As someone who truly understands having mental health struggles, yoga is a practice that can really, for me, alleviate anxiety and help me tune in again with my body. Mindfulness has also been a huge part of my journey.
It can feel intimidating to try something new but trust me when I say I'm proud that our studio and our teachers understand that we are all human with our own struggles and we sooo welcome you coming along to classes to support you!! So don't be afraid to book in and have a go.
Whether you need a midweek nervous system reset with yin, whether you want an energising Friday flow, our gentle balancing Chiball, meditation group or anything in between, we hope you will find it and a community here 💖

Is this your spot? Monday mornings we have our Chiball class. It is a lovely class starting with T'ai
Chi and Qi Gong moves to raise our energy, before we add a little more movement. We then progress through some yoga and into Pilates work followed by our relaxation.
People report feeling like they have exercised but also feel balanced and relaxed....a good way to go into your week.
We have a different focus each week but classes will work on flexibility, mobility, balance and strength. There are adaptaions and you can even do the whole class in a chair.
We also have a chat, would love a few more people to join us!!
