Da iawn i bawb a heriodd y tywydd i gymryd rhan yn y sesiwn hyfforddi traeth, a drefnwyd gan Sensei Andy Plumb o Conwy Shukokai y bore yma ym Morfa Conwy. Fe gafodd pawb amser gwych.🌊🥋

Well done to everyone who braved the weather to take part in the beach training session, organised by Sensei Andy Plumb from Conwy Shukokai this morning at Morfa Conwy. A great time was had by all. 🌊🥋

Llongyfarchiadau i dri aelod o Glwb Karate Bethesda Shukokai a gymerodd ran mewn cystadleuaeth genedlaethol ym Manceinion dros y penwythnos. Roedd y safon yn uchel drwy gydol y dydd a daeth Stifyn, Cari a Wayne adref gan gael gwobr yn eu categorïau priodol. Da iawn i'r tri ohonyn nhw. 👏

Congratulations to three members of Bethesda Shukokai Karate Club who took part in a national competition in Manchester over the weekend. The standard was high throughout the day and Stifyn, Cari and Wayne came home awarded in their respective categories. Well done to the three of them. 👏
