Bangor Vinyasa Yoga
A brand new class in Bangor's city centre, join us for a breath-linked yoga flow. Eleanor teaches strong and slow flows with a focus on alignment.
Public class details coming soon, but BU Dance Society members are invited to join the Sweat and Stretch classes at 7pm in Rathbone Hall. Slots are currently available for private 1-2-1 or group classes and AU workshops. Inspired by her backgrounds in gymnastics, dance, weight training and calisthenics, she aims to bring a balance of flexibility, creative movement and strength to her classes.
