Tribal Fitness isn't back, but as I continue to grow Nikki Nev Coaching, I'm realising how much I genuinely miss teaching Mum & Baby fitness, and although I still do private bookings, I miss the local support and connection that mini communities bring.
With the challenging times we've all had over the last few years, I believe we need to nurture our local connections to help reduce stress and build resilience.
I've been getting requests to start up fitness sessions again (thank you), so I've decided to offer a new & improved service.... a 6-week block of Mum & Baby Circuits COMBINED with Stress Therapy techniques.
So, if you know any stressed-out mums in the Bangor area, you can let them know that there are spaces still available for the first block, starting on Tuesday 12th September!

As a busy mum, your days can be pretty stressful, and although you KNOW exercise and self-care can help improve your physical and mental health, it's a REAL struggle to fit it in.

Another fantastic Friday fitness fiesta with these fabulous, friendly females!
Wonderful to welcome some brand new mummies along this morning and some beautiful babies too-9 weeks+ and awestruck watching their strong mamas in a action. What a terrific example to set them.

Have you watched us from afar, wished you could have a go but were scared you wouldn't be able to do the workouts?
Well, now's your chance to get involved. I have spots available on Thursday evening 630pm for kettlebells and 9am on Saturday for regular bootcamp. You don't have to be fit to start bootcamp, we can cater for almost all levels of fitness. If you have an injury or weakness, get in touch and we can discuss how to modify workouts for you.
