What do you believe about yourself?
We will return time and time again to what we believe about ourselves to make choices until we change those beliefs for our own personal benefit.
What you believe about yourself will influence how you manage money, how you engage in friendships, and how you create romantic relationships, etc. Yet, what you believe about yourself can be hard to grasp, hard to really define, and therefore hard to change.

π dog mess can go in any bin: if no bin is available, bag up the p**p and dispose of it at home please

Hello friends,
Itβs been an eventful few months, and for many itβs been difficult to adjust to the many changes we have encountered.
A number of folks have approached me recently as they would like to take this opportunity to look therapeutically at the emotional challenges they are facing.
I currently have a few appointments still available if you would like to explore your strengths and see how they could meet the challenges you are facing please contact me.
